The following 88 new entries are released; the entries from IID00637 to IID00687, the entries from IID50263 to IID50295, and IID90030.

The annotations of 646 existing entries were updated. Currently, the total number of proteins in IDEAL is 995 containing 317 non-redundant IDRs.

We provide RDF version of IDEAL. It is downloadable from the "Download" site (http://idp1.force.cs.is.nagoya-u.ac.jp/IDEAL/download/current/), and accessible via the SPARQL endpoint (https://ideal-rdf.dbcls.jp/sparql).

The version of IDEAL, and the annotation or release dates of Uniprot, PDB, and IDEAL for each entry, were described in IDEAL of XML format, using version and date tags. See XML charts in detail.

In RPS-Blast structural domain search, we refer SCOPe models, substituted for SCOP models.

The entries of IID00056, IID50187, and IID90027 became obsolete.

20/Nov/2017
75 new entries are released and the annotations of the released data were updated. Currently, the total number of proteins in IDEAL is 913 containing 9,004 non-redundant IDRs.

We have introduced a new category of protean segment, predicted ProS. A predicted ProS is defined as the sequence, which only has an evidence of "ordered" in a binding state, but is thought to be "disordered" in an isolated state by manual inspections and the results of several disorder-prediction tools (DICHOT, Mobi, d2p2 etc.). We have annotated 8 predicted ProSs listed below.
IID00466 (2xs0)
IID00511 (1qg1)
IID50229 (2yvc)
IID00528 (3ob1, 3bum)
IID50191 (1lez)
IID50123 (2bp5)
IID50240 (3huf)
IID00596 (1wlp)

125 new entries are released and the annotations of the released data were updated. Currently, the total number of proteins in IDEAL is 838 containing 8,501 non-redundant IDRs.

Display speed of entry pages significantly improves.
